This single door has 1/2" star fire-tempered safety glass with top and bottom pivot channels rather than the traditional wall mounted hinges or top and bottom pivot hinges.  This application works exceptionally well on large doors where a fixed panel is not desired.  This particular door is 48".

 

In this opening the architect had a vision that CBI made a reality.  The solid brass operational transom panel is unique as is the cross bars that grace both inside and outside of the shower door.  Medallions fastened at each intersecting point complete the look.  CBI uses 3/8" tempered safety glass in all of our framed outward opening units.

 

As well as framing options the glass options can be left up to the imagination.  Sandblasting or artwork of your favorite scene can be distinctively created by our artisans.
